FIBRETHERM for Crude Fibre Determination in Tea

The crude fibre instrument FIBRETHERM has passed its practical test for the crude fibre determination of tea. FIBRETHERM is now successfully used for crude fibre determination in the quality control of tea plant breeding and of tea production.

KJELDAHL
Danish chemist who discovered a method for the nitrogen determination.

KJELDAHL METHOD
Method for the nitrogen determination from organic matrix; named after the Danish chemist Johan Kjeldahl. Up to this day, this is the standard for the determination of nitrogen and protein in the food and environmental analysis.
