KJELDAHL METHOD
Method for the nitrogen determination from organic matrix; named after the Danish chemist Johan Kjeldahl. Up to this day, this is the standard for the determination of nitrogen and protein in the food and environmental analysis.
TURBOSOG
Special and extremely powerful exhaust unit to suck off the acid digestion fumes created during the Kjeldahl process.
