Rotoshake is especially suited for the treatment of soil samples acc. to DIN 38414-part 4 respectively EN 12457-4. Thanks to a completely new drive mechanism, up to 12 x 2000 ml glass or plastic bottles can be handled easily in continuous operation.

Construction - Intelligent power transmission

The elution shaker is equipped with a unique roller drive with an extremely powerful and maintenance free motor. The rotating cylinder is kept on two robust rollers with guide way only due to its self-weight. This perfect power transfer ensures an even and silent rotation even when it is loaded unbalanced. Thus, you can shake various types of bottles with different weights simultaneously. Rotoshake can be used in any laboratory for continuous operation with heavy loads without any problems.

Safety - demands to a certified laboratory

All moving parts are protected behind the protective hood, which is closing off the instrument. This hood is linked to a safety switch. As soon as the protective hood is lifted off, the rotation is stopped automatically. This feature offered by Gerhardt is far more than any national or international safety standard for laboratories is asking for.
